Acclaim Systems will integrate the Verizon Call center and NY SBS’s CRM database and build a seamless integration of call tracking, customer creation and lead creation with minimal input from agents. The system used various search optimized techniques to pull the results based on who is calling. Based on the integration, SBS will be able to create valuable KPI reports to track the agents, leads and performance of key queues.
