Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of customer journey maps to visualize and understand the end-to-end user experience across multiple touchpoints and create a customer-centric mindset while designing.
• Conduct research using tools such as surveys, user interviews, design thinking workshops and user walkthroughs of the product and gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points at each stage of the customer journey.
• Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills identifying pain points and propose design solutions.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to ideate, brainstorm, and prioritize features, solutions, and design concepts.
• Conduct training sessions to increase the information and knowledge surrounding user experience and its application in a wider scope.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze user interviews to gather qualitative data about user preferences, behaviors, and pain points surrounding the product.
• Synthesize findings from user interviews to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights to inform design decisions for product enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation based on the insights gained from various user experience research methods.
• Present the findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test cases.
• Write test cases and test scripts referencing the business rules in Azure DevOps.
• Work with upstream and downstream application teams to execute E2E test cases.
• Work on Agile methodology participating in scrums, and other project meetings.
• Perform Functionality, UAT, Regression, System, and End to End testing.
• Report any issues in Azure DevOps. Track bugs in DevOps and communicate to the development team.
• Perform build validation and environment health check.
• Document test results and testing procedures after every release.
• Analyze technical specifications for complex implementations to plan and develop detailed test plans, test cases and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) based on business and functional requirements and technical specification documents.
• Participate in sprint review/planning meetings to understand the technical and functional systems overview.
• Test applications on different mobile platforms such as iOS and Android devices.
• Execute the test cases to capture the test results and create validation scripts to perform the validation process.
• Review the business requirement documents with the business and development team to understand the architecture and functionality of the application.
• Execute in different lower environments, UAT environments, and production environments.
• Document, manage, close, and report errors/defects encountered during validation testing.
• Support UAT by resolving UAT tasks with test data setup. Provide analysis for UAT defects and report to the APP team.
• Develop complex SQL queries to perform validation and data analysis.
• Implement test verification and validation practices, standards, metrics, training, and processes.
